transfers with the status ‘done’, it is no longer possible to change practically anything, however sometimes it is necessary and can be done from the frontend.

Server actions might be added, adapted, and contextual actions created and removed as needed. Examples:
- change effective date:
- create a server action: model transfer-> update record-> date of transfer-> add date formated in yyyy-mm-dd
- add a contact if misssing
- create server action: model transfer-> update record->select contact
...
